Common questions

Are staff accounts charged separately?
No. Pricing is per organization. Add every imam, board member, director, and office staff member you need — the price does not change.
Are volunteers charged separately?
No. Volunteers are free, including seasonal and one-time helpers. A masjid should never have to ration accounts during Ramadan.
Are text message, email, and payment fees included?
No. Text messaging, WhatsApp, email delivery, and payment processing are billed by those providers and passed through at cost. Your MasjidOps plan is separate from what those services charge.
What does onboarding cost?
Standard onboarding is $750 one time: tenant setup, roles, starter modules, a launch checklist, and training handoff. Content import starts at $500 and data migration at $1,000, depending on what you are bringing across.
Can we move to a different plan later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time. Your data stays where it is; a plan change only changes which modules are switched on.
Is there a contract?
Plans are monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Enterprise agreements are scoped with you and may run on their own terms.
