Terms of Service

The terms that apply to visitors of the MasjidOps public website and to authorized users of the MasjidOps staff platform.

Effective September 6, 2026 · Last updated September 6, 2026

Acceptance

By using masjidops.io or app.masjidops.io you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a masjid or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

A signed service agreement between MasjidOps and a masjid tenant controls where it differs from these terms.

Public site and staff platform

masjidops.io is a marketing site only. It does not expose tenant data or staff workflows.

app.masjidops.io is restricted to authorized staff, administrators, and platform operators. Access attempts without valid credentials are logged.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access accounts, tenants, or data you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not probe, scan, or disrupt the service, or submit automated or fraudulent inquiries.
  • Do not upload unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to store or send.
  • Do not use AI features to generate religious rulings, legal advice, or medical advice presented as authoritative platform output.

Tenant responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate staff accounts, role assignments, and offboarding of departed staff.
  • Approve public form consent language and notification opt-in language before publishing.
  • Own the accuracy of published announcements, prayer times, event details, and financial information.
  • Provide written authorization before Security Operations, surveillance, or access-control features are configured.

Service availability and module readiness

Modules are labeled by readiness state, including available, pilot, demo, coming soon, and external-pending. Demo and coming-soon modules are shown for planning purposes and are not a commitment to a delivery date.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Material changes affecting a paid tenant are communicated in advance.

Payments and donations

Unless a separate payment service is contracted, MasjidOps routes payments and donations to a masjid's existing payment provider and is not the merchant of record.

The masjid remains responsible for refunds, receipts, donor communication, and gateway compliance.

Fees

Subscription fees, add-on fees, and one-time configuration fees are set out in the applicable proposal or order form. Pilot terms are defined per tenant.

Intellectual property

MasjidOps retains all rights to the platform, its software, and its branding. Tenants retain ownership of their own content and operational data.

MasjidOps does not publish a tenant name, logo, screenshot, or reference story publicly without written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MasjidOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate as described in the applicable service agreement. On termination, tenant data is exported or deleted according to the offboarding process.
