Kiosk Safety Rules

  • Kiosk agent can access approved masjid LLM knowledge but not unrestricted private records
  • Do not expose private information on the kiosk screen after the session ends
  • Offer language selection before collecting details
  • Escalate urgent safety, child-safety, medical, or legal issues to staff immediately
  • Require confirmation before submitting any form
  • Print, text, or email a reference number when appropriate
  • Auto-reset session after inactivity
